Gathering Your Wedding Details
| We will need some information in order to provide you with a stress free and enjoyable occasion on your special day. We request that you deliver this information by email or if you prefer, send us a copy of the document via standard mail. We prefer that you send us the final draft about two weeks prior to your event as most of the details will be finalized by then. However, we request that if you do make a change to your schedule, especially one that affects the DJ, simply edit your schedule to reflect the changes and send us the entire revised document. |

Bride and Groom Enter - Song Continued (Announce Bride and Grooms entrance as Mr & Mrs John Smith)
Begin Dining Music (Soft Jazz and Classical such as George Winston)
Announcement - When Cued by Coordinator Jill Jones (Announcement: Tables will be excused starting with The Bridal Party)
Eat dinner - Dining Music Continued (also mix in some Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin)
Announce the Toast - When Cued by Coordinator Jill Jones (We will have the toast in just a few minutes so please acquire a drink to toast with)
Toast (Announce: Jim Price will now give the toast!)
Cake Cutting - When Cued by Coordinator Jill Jones Announcement: Ladies and Gentlemen. The bride and groom will now cut the cake.
Note: Allow Guests to eat their cake and wait for further instructions from Jill.
Note: The Garder Toss, Bouquet Toss, First Dance, Father Daughter Dance and Money Dance are to be in succession. (one right after another)
